In the second half of 2021, the Consulate General consulted Miami Dade College about the possibility of renting space on its Wolfson (Downtown) campus for the Brazilian presidential election, similar to previous elections. In response, MDC informed that the space could not be offered, due to renovations to be carried out.

Therefore, as an alternative, the Consulate General hired the Kendall campus, which, in addition to maintaining the successful partnership with MDC, guarantees a wider and more distributed space, making it easier to receive an electorate registered in Miami even more expressive than that of 2018.

It is worth mentioning the experience in carrying out elections of the MDC Kendall team, a recent seat of suffrage in Colombia, Ecuador, USA and Peru. Kendall corresponds to a dense and busy residential and commercial area, accessible by car or public transport.
